Processing & Dispatch Times:
– Orders are subject to stock availability at each destination. If stock is not available at the nearest warehouse, additional processing time may be required.
– You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeframes:
– Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and stock availability. If shipping information is not available at checkout, customers must inquire for specific details regarding their location.
– Depending on stock levels at certain destinations, international shipping may take up to 60 days.

Liability for Delays:
– 22Ultimate is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, manufacturer stock levels, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
– We make no guarantees regarding exact delivery times, as these are subject to factors outside our control.
– If a package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence to request a replacement or refund.

– The item must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
– Assembled bikes
– In-person sales
– Used, demo, or discounted products (final sale)
– Gift cards
– Downloaded digital products (e.g., AI-generated artwork used for giveaway entries)
– Customized or special-order items

Return Process (for eligible cases only):
– Email us at info@22ultimate.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
– Include clear photos or videos of the fault or damage.
– If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
– Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
– Once inspected, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your consumer rights.

Refunds:
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
– If a returned item is damaged or does not meet return conditions, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.

– Controllers & Chargers: 6-month warranty.
– Brakes, tires, and wearable parts: Not covered under warranty.
– Used/demo/discounted bikes: Sold as-is with no warranty, unless stated in writing at the time of sale.

Warranty Claims:

– Include photos or videos for faster assessment.
– If approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

Repair vs. Replacement Criteria:
– If a product can be reasonably repaired, we will offer repair first.
– If unrepairable, we may offer a comparable replacement.
– If neither is feasible, a partial refund may be issued.

Warranty Exclusions:
– Normal wear and tear
– Damage due to misuse, stunts, accidents, or improper maintenance

– Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics).
