1. General Information

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all 22Ultimate Prize Draws conducted for participants residing in New Zealand, Australia, and other eligible international regions.

1.2 The Prize Draws are not classified as gambling or a lottery under the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003 or Australia’s relevant promotional giveaway laws, as they are conducted for promotional purposes to increase brand awareness and engagement.

1.3 By participating in a Prize Draw, entrants fully accept and agree to these Terms.

1.4 22Ultimate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Prize Draw at any time, provided such changes comply with applicable regulations.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of New Zealand, Australia, and other eligible international regions, aged 18 years or older.

2.2 Employees, agents, or affiliates of 22Ultimate, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Entries must be submitted using real and verifiable personal details. Fraudulent entries, bot-generated entries, or multiple entries from the same person beyond permitted limits will be disqualified.

2.4 International entrants are responsible for ensuring that participation in the Prize Draw complies with their local laws before entering.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entry via Purchase (Bonus Entries)

– A purchase of a digital artwork on the 22Ultimate website grants bonus entries to the Prize Draw.
– The digital artwork itself is the product purchased, and entries into the Prize Draw are an additional promotional benefit.
– 22Ultimate is not responsible for the final design, style, or quality of the digital artwork, and no refunds or modifications will be made based on personal preferences.

3.2 Free Entry (No Purchase Required)

– Free entries are available via community subscription, requiring participation such as following 22Ultimate’s social media pages and agreeing to marketing communications.
– Each participant is limited to one free entry per Prize Draw.

4. Winner Selection & Prize Distribution

4.1 Winners are selected through a randomized electronic draw system to ensure fairness.

4.2 Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

4.3 If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days, a redraw will be conducted.

4.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.5 If a prize becomes unavailable, 22Ultimate reserves the right to substitute it with a product of similar value.

5. Taxes, Duties & Liability

5.1 Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, or fees related to receiving their prize.

5.2 22Ultimate does not accept liability for:
– Any loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from participation in the Prize Draw.
– Unforeseen circumstances that delay prize fulfillment (e.g., stock shortages, shipping delays, customs processing, etc.).
– Issues arising from incorrect shipping details provided by the participant.

5.3 International winners are responsible for ensuring compliance with any customs, duties, or tax regulations in their respective countries before accepting a prize.

6. Publicity & Data Use

6.1 By entering, participants agree that 22Ultimate may use their name and/or image for promotional purposes without further compensation.

6.2 Personal data collected is used solely for Prize Draw administration and is handled in accordance with the 22Ultimate Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, Australia, and relevant international legal frameworks.

7.2 Any disputes related to the Prize Draw must be filed within 3 months from the date of the draw.

7.3 Participants waive any right to challenge the outcome of the draw.
